Rainmaker Rodeo Chairman 2018

Another exciting year getting geared up. This being my 2nd year as the Chair for the Rainmaker Festival, I’m just as excited as I was a year ago. Coming off a successful and most entertaining 2017, my goal is to replicate that experience.

We have the return of the Westcoast Lumberjacks who have been attracting a large crowd all across Western Canada. The entertaining Dynamo dog Show. Of course there’s always the amazing Midway, a great line up of NEW and Returning Merchant Vendors and Food Vendors.

You won’t be disappointed with the great bands we have lined up for both Friday and Saturday night which include local and world class acts. The Rodeo itself is worth checking out with calf roping, barrel racing, steer wrestling, bull riding and more.

Like every year, we’ve got an exciting parade to kick off Saturday. Come early, get a good seat and have some breakfast.

To all of the Kin Family and volunteers who help make this event happen, I would like to thank you and hope you feel rewarded for what you help accomplish.

Sincerely,

Leroy Norris
